Autobiography
After graduating with a gold medal from secondary school in 1973 (No. 15, Alma Ata), I entered the Physics department of the Kazakh State University named after Kirov in Alma Ata, Kaz. SSR (currently KazNU al-Farabi, Almaty, RK). After graduating from the university in 1978, entered the full-time postgraduate school of KazGU with honors, from which graduated in 1982. After completing postgraduate studies, I has been working at the Department of Theoretical Physics. Currently, I’m a professor at the Department of Theoretical and Nuclear Physics of al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 1988, I defended thesis on "Cluster effects in photodisintegration and muon-capture processes." In 2006, I defended the doctoral thesis on "A dynamic approach to nonlinear phenomena in electromagnetic processes on light clustered nuclei." Under my supervision, 2 candidate theses, 3 PhD theses, and more than 30 master's theses at al–Farabi Kazakh National University are defended . 2020 – Member of the European Academy of Natural Sciences (EAEU). In 1993-1994, I worked as a visiting researcher at the Paul Scherrer Institut (Switzerland), as well as a month–long internship at TRIUMF (Vancouver, Canada). I has made invited presentations at MAXLAB (Belgium), the University of Bonn (Germany), the Institute of Theoretical Physics (Graz, Austria), Orsey (France), the Gordon Conference on Photonuclear Physics 1991 (USA), as well as many others. Co-author of two monographs published in Germany. Research interests include the theory of photonuclear processes at low and medium energies, the cluster structure of light nuclei, exchange meson currents, and nuclear astrophysics (an ongoing project on the Research Gate website).
